This waiver is required by all students who use the Northern Woods Training Facility. Each student needs to print, fill out and sign this waiver in the presence of a notary (typically your bank will do that free of charge). Then when you turn in the waiver at class check-in, it’s good for life. You will get a NWTF Student Card and you wont need to fill out a waiver for us again. We keep them all on file.
